Autobiography

There once lived a wondrous soul. Her name was Kanika. She was one of my best friends. Kanika lived with her mother, her father, and her sister. She was twelve years old when I met her. For a twelve year old, she was extraordinarily kind and enthusiastic. She was always doing her favourite hobby, reading. She definitely had a strong thirst to learn. She even took extra math classes to help her in school. These math classes helped her in every class, with being more organized and focused on her work.

In addition to math class, she took piano lessons. Kanika played beautiful melodies and fantastic harmonies. She also played the alto saxophone in her school’s grade eight band. She was looking forward to take part in her school jazz band in grade nine. Many other things that Kanika enjoyed doing were shopping, spending time with her family, and helping other people.

Kanika loved kindness and looked for the best in people. She hated it when people were tormented and bullied. But, she knew that bullying was part of school, even though she tried to stop it. She also disliked the sound of people cracking their knuckles. At her school, Kanika enjoyed classes that challenged her, and so did her friends. Kanika had incredible friends, whose names were Rebecca, Grace, and Amy. Her friends were nice, friendly, and fun people (Grace was a little weird though).

Kanika’s favourite animal was the dog, even though she didn’t have any pets. She loved kittens, but she didn’t love their claws. In fact, Kanika was terrified of being scratched or bitten by a cat, because she had been bitten by a friend’s cat some years before. She strived to overcome this silly fear.

Kanika was energetic and excited for everything! She enjoyed learning new experiences. Kanika did have some faults, though. She had a bit of a temper and tried her best to keep it under control. She was also very messy, even though she attempted to be neat and organized. Kanika had some goals to keep these flaws under control.

Kanika had many goals, both personal and academic. Her personal goals included controlling her anger and joining more activities. Her academic goals varied from managing her time better to becoming more organized to having better penmanship skills. Her goals helped her out in everyday tasks, such as creative writing. She loved creative writing, as she was able to write all her thoughts and feelings down.

Kanika was extremely passionate about everything that she did. She believed that if something was worth doing, it was worth doing well. She worked very hard in class and everything that she accomplished. Kanika was quite outspoken and never hesitated to say what was on her mind. She took pleasure in public speaking and talking in front of people.

Kanika always lived with lots of outgoingness and happiness. She was a smart, funny, silly character who enjoyed life and loved living it!
